Helpful for investors who like to perform their own stock analysis.  Save hours of time manually entering data.  Many items are calculated for you including Maintenance CapEx (via Bruce Greenwald method), Profit Margins, Net Income and Liquidity/Solvency ratios.  Perform your own DCF analysis.  Information from Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement included.  Significantly, I also include Operating Lease (which is properly included as Debt, yet kept off-balance sheet), and the dirty surplus items from 'Other Comprehensive Income' accounts.  These are not included in standard data sources and must be drawn from the 10-K.
